Storyboard

A simple storyboard but it illustrates the path I am taking with my animation. The sequences move left to right across the rows from Scene 1 to Scene 8 and will be further explained below;

Scene 1 – 

ACTIONS: The scene opens to the Robot and Zombie sat at the Table in the CORNER of the Bar, the Zombie RHYTHMICALLY TAPPING its Fingers against the wood.

SOUNDS: Background chatter, tapping of wood.

CAMERA: The camera pans around a wall column to focus on the table, allowing to establish the two characters independently.

Scene 2 – 

ACTIONS: The Robot THROWS some COINS onto the Table and the Zombie hand comes to a STOP.

SOUNDS: Background chatter, tapping of wood, coin clatter against wood, mechanised whirr.

CAMERA: The camera remains fixed in place with both characters in view.

Scene 3 – 

ACTIONS: With the Zombies attention the Robot GUESTUREs with OPEN Palms and the Zombie begins uses its Hand to PUSH itself onto the Table.

SOUNDS: Background chatter.

CAMERA: The camera remains fixed in place with both characters in view.

Scene 4 – 

ACTIONS: The Zombies climbs onto the Table under the GAZE of the Robot.

SOUNDS: Background chatter.

CAMERA: The camera remains fixed in place with both characters in view.

Scene 5 – 

ACTIONS: The Zombies comes to a STOP in the middle of the Table.

SOUNDS: Background chatter.

CAMERA: The camera remains fixed in place with both characters in view.

Scene 6 – 

ACTIONS: The Robot TWISTS its Body and SETTLES its Right Arm onto the Table ready for the wrestle.

SOUNDS: Background chatter, mechanical whirr.

CAMERA: The camera moves to get a more levelled shot of the scene.

Scene 7 – 

ACTIONS: The Zombie GRIPs the Robots Hand and the wrestle begins both PUSHING each other down but neither managing to push all the way.

SOUNDS: Background chatter, mechanical whirr.

CAMERA: The camera follows the hands to a degree to keep a perspective.

Scene 8 – 

ACTIONS: After a while though the Zombie puts all its effort in and SLAMS the Robot onto the Table winning.

SOUNDS: Background chatter, mechanical whirr, slam on wood.

CAMERA: The camera remains fixed in place with both characters in view.
